I received a rejection in 2017 but haven't heard from the court - What can I do?

Dear Sir/Madam,

As you already knows me a little bit here, My kids are already a resident holder of 3 years with 3 years Blue passport, i have the custody of my children and we all live together. They granted my children and the mother of my children 3 years Resident 25.2Abs with a Blue passport but they gave me Negative same month they granted my family.  Since 2017 February the court or Bundesmat never send me any letter, they never ask for my passport, they never give me duldung and my Ausweis is always renewed to me every 6 months.

I want to know if they have forgotten me?, when will i go to the court for my apeal, most of all my friends who got rejected all have second hearing from the court but i never get any informations for my second hearing. i ask a friend and he told me that in my case it is difficult to give me a second hearing because my kids are already legal. but this bothers me and i want to know if the court has forgotten about me or if automatically i am getting the resident permit. i gave them my passport in August 2018 because i am working already and paying my tyaxes

Unfortunately, there is not much else I can tell you here.

I highly recommend that you reach out to one of the legal aid services I linked on the other thread, or to a lawyer. You will then receive some more legal advice on what you can do now - especially since your children were granted a residence permit, there may be options.
