Can I ask the court for an appointment before they reply to my appeal?

Hi,

I am currently living in Germany and i am an asylum seeker.I would like to learn some information about ongoing asylum procedure.

My asylum application was rejected by the BAMF and we -me and my lawyer and one refugee law clinic  - still think about that the decision was totally unreasonable,unfair and unacceptable.We filed a suit aagainst BAMF and  some examples in the Germn Courts showed us that we and like us are right and have right to get asylum status.I mean recognized refugee.

To sum up, my question is how can i make an appointment before the court comes to me???

It   is really necessary for me because i feel like restricted man and there is no legitimate status which can benefit to stay safe in Germany.The other thing is i do not move without permission of foreign authority.So i need this satus immediately.

Is there any way to make new appointment??

Welcome to the Wefugees community and I'm sorry to hear about your situation. 

To make sure I understand your question - You made an appeal against the first decision by the BAMF, is that correct? Now you are waiting for their decision whether or not they grant you a second hearing?

Then I have to make the statement clear,
As you understood,this is true by the way, i made an appeal against BAMF's first decision.
But there are some reasons which force me to gain this status before the court's decision.
So I want to make a second hearing with BAMF after their  refusal.
This second hearing must be taken place before the court's date(court's-appeal- decision).
My aim is that After second hearing,BAMF will have enough time to re-consider their first decision and they can change refusal and i will cancel my appeal.
Therefore it will be for the both sides, win-win.
