Can i go to UK for study with my family ?

I am a asylumserker in Germany and i think become a duldung next February 2019 .i am from india live with family . Right now i am studying 3. Semester Bechlor of Computer Science in Fachschule . I have two daughters and one is born in Germany .
Can i apply a student Visa  for UK ? Please guide me how can i go UK for study with my family .if it is possible then how can i apply and where .
