I have got rejection from BAMF which's because of Italy Finger after three months pass of asylum interview but I don't know Italy  I just come to Frankfurt, Germany  by Schengen Visa from my country Ethiopia  . I heard how asylum seeker and refuges life in Italy is extremely bad and devastated, no home, no work, no education and no medical service. **** how it is so difficult to live there without basic human needs.
I have a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree and I was working with refugee and migrants as a child protection officer for international humanitarian organization till I come here. . I don't want to back  there. I need to learn and I will be an asset for Deutschland. I have all my work exprience and educational background certificates. Please help me if you can by any means.

Dear @Fantsh, thank you for your question and welcome to Germany! As for your situation: - if your Visa was issued by Italy than they mean the finger prints you gave at the embassy there, and therefore Italy is responsible for your asylum process. - the news you got are probably right about the situation in Italy but the Dublin regulation has to be applied by the BAMF: - after 6 months from the date Italy has accepted to process your case( states in your Bescheid), if you have not been deported then Germany is responsible for your case. I hope this could help you, if you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, Nilab
