Hallo, someone wants to come to Germany with visiting Visa. Can he registered as a refugee seakers. With he's 2 years old child.

Dear @Ryan, thank you for being an aktive part of the community. As to your question: Yes the person can once arrived in Germany file for asylum. The Person has to do it in person at the BAMF branch that is responsible for the area he/she is staying.
