Hello @Danyar

No, you can't. You will immediately and automatically lose your refugee protection status if you go back to your home country. You've been granted protection because your home country wasn't able/willing to provide it for you. If you go there for holiday, you basically show that the situation there can't be that bad.

If i should understand you very well  you have a Blue Pass(Convention Travel Document) and you would like to visit your country iraq for a holiday. But you have already told the German's during your interviews that you can't travel back to iraq?
If yes i'm sorry you can't Visit Iraq with your Blue Passport. Refugees aren't allowed to Travel back to thier Home country or country of Residence which they seek asylum against.
You can also check the second page of your Travel Document you will find this words. THIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT IS VALID FOR ALL COUNTRIES WHOSE GOVERNMENT ARE RECOGNISED BY THE ISSUING COUNTRY OF YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENT e.g Germany WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE COUNTRY YOU FLED FROM. e. g Irak
