Hi, I'm syrian,in 2013 I applied for an asylum as an afghan in sweden, I had a refusal so I left voluntarily back to syria, now I want to flee again to europe and apply again but as syrian, in another country, is it possible? is it factible? thank you.
noteI  have both nationalities,syrian and afghan.

Welcome to the Wefugees community and thank you for your question.

As far as I know, it is possible to have an asylum procedure in another EU country after spending 3 months outside of EU. Your application won't be handled like a usual Dublin III case. After 5 years it should be possible to apply for asylum in Germany without having trouble with Dublin III.
