Hello Jess,

Welcome to the Wefugees community and thank you for your question.

May I ask which High Court is processing your case? Sometimes they give information about the estimated time they need on their website.

In general, you have to be patient because German bureaucracy is not the fastest. Especially courts usually have a high workload. Did you contact them and ask them about any progress on your case? If you do so, you probably should mention your "Aktenzeichen" (file number or reference numer) so that they know what you are talking about.

Best regards,

Hi Thorgen, Thank you very much for your kind answer. Since Stadtamt is the one who send the documents to Highcourt, we don't have reference no as well as they can't provide us. (privacy concern) Besides, Stadtamt can't answer estimated time frame.  (it is kinda weird) ..we started proceed on Jan 2018, checking from.all embassies for the documents  has been done last more than 8 weeks ago. We are just keep on waiting. We are loosing our hopes. We engaged august 2017, we should have marry in Denmark as other people advices. :( :'( Now I m seeking any advice if any way to speed up.
