Here you can ask, answer and find questions surrounding the topic: arriving in Germany
Hello ,
I am a gay from palestine , i am adopted by a german guy earlier this year who is a german citizen , as an adult i can not entitle to citizenship though out adoption .which was totally find for me so i applied for asylum seeking protection for my sexual orientation .
I applied having high hopes that i will get accepted , a week ago i got a rejection "bischeid" , saying that palestine is a safe place for gays counted under israelis authorities , although i lived in a place that is totally under palestinian authorities . On the other hand i was physically abused by my biological dad with a photo proofs , again they said that the photos were inadmicable in other words " not clear , as for hardly any face picture " that made them reject me as lack of evidence.
I have a video of me being stitched , how can i give it to them ?
I filed an appeal using my lawyer but i dont feel she is doing her job.
Any other ways i can do something about it ?

Kind Regards ,
E

Hello @EliOni

Welcome to the Wefugees community and thank you for your question.

Have you told your lawyer about the video and asked her to forward it? If you can provide additional evidence that hasn't been taken into account during your initial procedure, you might be successful with your appeal.

Apart from that, you have to keep in mind that German bureaucracy is not necessarily the fastest. It's important to stay patient. If your lawyer filed an appeal then it might take a while until German authorities decide whether they give you a second procedure or not.

Best regards,
