Residency and Umverteilung approval

Hello I'm back again with a question to find some legal advice or answer?
As I got married since last year September , and applied for Umverteilung and residency  to Berlin.
It was yesterday I received an email from the Ausländerbehord in Berlin that I have appointment by next week Thursday.
So I need to go along with my passport if handed, biometric passport size, aufenthalgesstattung together.
And my question is, what kind of status should I get ?
And for the passport I gave it to Reutlingen Ausländerbehord so how should that be?
Do I still need to do something for the residency?

If I were you, I would get in contact with Ausländerbehörde Reutlingen and first of all ask them whether they can give your passport back to you or not. Maybe they can even transfer it to Berlin directly. If not, maybe there is a possibility to get replacement papers that you can use (but that's just a guess).

And my question is, what kind of status should I get ?

You married a German woman. So you will get a residence permit.
