The only difference I can foresee if you get married is to do with your financial security (in German ‘Lebensunterhaltsicherung’). Once married, you and your spouse have financial obligations to provide for one another, depending on whether you are working, doing childcare etc. For example, if your spouse is not working, then the amount you have to show the Ausländerbehörde that you have will be more as you need to cover their costs too.
If you think that you do not have enough money from Kindergeld and work to show financial security, you can apply for the benefits Kinderzuschlag (additional child benefit from the Familienkasse) and Wohngeld (rent supplement benefit from the Sozialamt). Getting these benefits does not affect your right to citizenship.
