Work permit taking too long

Question

I hold an aufthenthaltsgestattung. The company willing to employ me has applied to Auslanderbehorde for my work permit. The expected waiting time was two weeks it's been a month now. They've told me to inquire to the Landkreis, I've been calling Landkreis and they dont reply emails or calls. Should I appeal to an administrative court ?

If you have not tried a migration counseling/asylum counseling office, you may want to seek the help of one of these offices. They may be able to help you. Sometimes, these offices have a specific contact person in the Landkreis or they know some other ways to reach the employees of Landkreis. These offices are such as, Caritas, Diakonie, AWO, Flüchtingsrat, or DRK/BRK. If these offices also cannot help you in this regard, then you can perhaps seek the help of a lawyer.
