About work permit

Hello everyone. I have questions about work permit . If for example I got my work permit approved and it was Amazon Magdeburg. And I change my mind and didn't start the contract and I go for Amazon Leipzig. Would I have to start the work approval process all over again or I just use the same approval to work in same sector. Paragraph 38a . I will take the residence card by next month

If you have a new contract with different salary and different Foreigners Office (Ausländerbehörde) responsible for you, it unfortunately needs to be checked and approved again by the Foreigners Office and the employment agancy (Agentur für Arbeit).
