How can my partner who is an asylum seeker in Austria move to German if we get married in Austria?

I am a German citizen leaving and working in Germany. I went for holiday in Bodensee and met my partner. He is however in the asylum camp and he gave his passport during the application. We plan to get married in Austria in the strandesamt of the  town we met in in Austria. How can I go about bringing him to move with me to Germany after marriage in Austria?

Your spouse can apply for a family reunification visa at the German Embassy in Vienna. Their website is providing the respective information. I also found this leaflet explaining the documents you may have to submit for the visa application.
