First of all, congratulations to your marriage and all the best for the young family!
You may be eligible for a residence permit according to section 28 of the German Residence Act as spouse of a German citizen or as parent of a German citizen (on the latter, you find some information on Handbook Germany as well).
Whether you want to revoke your appeal in court or not should be discussed with a lawyer or an experienced counselling office.
