Hi @Jassica
As I understand it, you are still in the asylum process. It is not clear as you say you have Aufenthalt for 12 months. People in the asylum process are issued a temporary paper called an Aufenthaltsgestattung, which is renewed every six months as long as they are in the process. The word ‘Aufenthalt’ you refer to generally means full residency rights, i.e. it is commonly said that a person who has received a positive decision from BAMF has ‘gotten Aufenthalt’.
To answer your questions:
1. how can I apply to transfer my family to Bavaria?
The application is called ‘Antrag auf Aufhebung der Wohnsitzauflage’ (application to have the residency obligation removed). You submit it to your local immigration office (Ausländerbehörde). Relocation is only possible if you can show you earn enough to no longer require any social welfare benefits from the Sozialamt.
2. my salary is 1400 brutto , how can do letter or process ? My family is under socialamt I think this salary can cover living expenses whole family. But renting I still need. If my husband can move he can looking for full time job for cover family expenses.
Your salary has to cover living expenses and rent if you wish to move. If you still have any entitlements to help from Sozialamt, then you cannot move.
3. I’m still looking for apartment, if I find apartment soon, I can apply to transfer as soon as or waiting 3 months to transfer ? on the other hand , the process renting apartments here they require 3 months payslip but my salary is less I still can process or not? How to do the process ?
I do not fully understand this question. You can **** for an apartment whenever you like but you cannot move until you have been given approval by the authorities.
Best,
Éanna
