We want to bring our daughter to Germany

This is very urgent . I live in Dubai my wife she is in Germany for last 12 years on asylum and our daughter who is 17 is in Pakistan . I applied for family reunion visa after completing A1 now more than 6 months have passed no response. We want our daughter to be with her mother asap please guild us

Hi. Was your wife granted refugee status? For her to reunite with your daughter your child need to provide German C1 language not A1. Children below 16 they don't need Germany language to apply visa family reunion visa.
The visa process time is mentioned on the website  and they also ask you to do follow up if the time has elapsed. Another possibility could be either insufficient documents were submitted.
