It actually only means that the Federal Office for Migration (BAMF) has made its decision about your asylum application. It can be a positive or negative decision. From this sentence you cannot find out if it is a positive or a negative decision. If this letter of BAMF has more than one page, there might be written about the decision of the BAMF in another page of it, whether it is a positive or a negative decision. Or maybe in the same page there might be written in another part of it about it. It can also be possible that you already have received the decision of the BAMF or maybe you will receive it later. However, as just mentioned, from this sentence one cannot find out if it is a positive or a negative decision.

It is worth mentioning that, the BAMF also sends the information about its decision concerning your asylum application to the Foreigners Office (Ausländerbehörde). So, if you have not received the decision of the BAMF about your case and you do not receive it in the coming days, you can refer with this letter to the Foreigners Office. This Office will let you know about the decision of the BAMF. In case, it is a positive decision, you can apply for a residence permit in this Office.

I already Filled a form from the ausländerbehorde for the Residence permit and have completed my Interview.

I summited all necessary requirement, excluding my country passport . I explained to them I arrived germany without it.
Then collected the other documents .

If you have got a refugee recognition (Flüchtlingsanerkennung) or asylum recognition (Asylanerkennung) from BAMF, you can apply for a blue passport (Konventionspass) in you respective Foreigners Office and get it. In this case, the Foreigners Office issue this passport for you whether you have your national passport or not.
If you have got a national ban on deportation (Abschiebungsverbot) or a subsidiary protection (subsidiärer Schutz), the Foreigners Office will ask you to bring your national passport. If it is possible for you to get it from your country 's embassy in Germany, you can bring it to them. However, if it is not possible for you to bring it to them, then they issue a residence permit without your national passport for you.
If you need a passport to travel to another country in the future and it is not possible for you to get a national passport for yourself, you can apply for a gray colored travel document for Foreigners (Reiseausweis für Ausländer) in your Foreigners Office and get it.
