Me and my family arrived at Germany since 2019 and we applied for asylum. Unfortunately we got rejected from BAMF and the court also rejected. Since 2023 April I am working and my wife also work as mini job. We have 2 kids and my daughter was born in Germany. 2023 we got Duldung and we applied for paragraph 25b Aufenthaltserlaubnis. We have all the documents what Landratsamt ask for but we do not have valid passports from our country (Myanmar). We have gaven our passports but they are already expired Landratsamt ask us to apply new passports from Myanmar embassy than only we will get Aufenthaltserlaubnis. The problem is embassy said according to our citizenship law we are no longer Myanmar citizens because we seek asylum from another country that automatically revoked our citizenship. I told Landratsamt that we cannot obtain new passports because of the Myanmar law. But Landratsamt need that in writing. I wrote email and letters to Myanmar embassy but I didn't get the answer. I hired the lawyer to do so but also no answer from Myanmar embassy. I don't know what should I do next. Is it possible to get Aufenthaltserlaubnis without a valid passports? Please give me some advice.
