Am an asylum seeker in Finland and I didn’t submit my passport, i got rejected first then appealed now am in appealing process , my boyfriend has 4years residence work permit type A.my question is can we get married in Finland ( me without passport we are from the same country), will i be able to get permit after marriage.

Wefugees and our experts are based in Germany, therefore we can unfortunately share little information about asylum and residence procedures in other countries. In Germany, for instance, it would be hardly possible to get married without submitting the passport. Usually a range of documents will be required and the procedure can get quite complicated.

I would recommend you to get in touch with organisations like the Finish Refugee Council which are more familiar with the regulations in Finland. In my research I also found the Finnish Refugee Advice Centre which apparently has a free of charge legal advice hotline.
