Hello I have some questions related to child born in germany. Both parent not German. Parent come for asylum and accept return back to home country . Now child want to come to study in germany. Did have any right for him? Or he apply as normal international student to come here ?

Dear @Jassica

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any privileged visa policy for people who are born in Germany but don't hold the citizenship or any residence permit (anymore). I am afraid that the person would need to apply for a student visa within the normal procedure. Sorry that I can not share more positive information for the time being.
