Dear @Taku,
thank you for sharing your question with the Wefugees Community.
Before closing your asylum process, please consult about it a lawyer or an asylum procedure counseling office, such as Flüchtlingsrat, Caritas or Proasy in the city, where you live. Because when you want to change your purpose of residence in Germany from asylum to a residence permit based on your marriage, the Foreigners Office (Ausländerbehörde) usually asks you to leave Germany and then apply for the German visa from your home country. They actually ask you to go to your country of origin, then apply for family reunification visa. If you do this with the help of a lawyer or an asylum procedure counseling office, you have a better chance to change it without leaving Germany. Maybe they can also help you not lose your job, while changing your purpose of stay and your residence status in Germany.
I hope, you have got your answer. I am a MBEON consultant. If you wish to contact me directly, you can see my profile and follow the instructions there.
Best wishes
