How much will the Dublin waiting period (“Überstellungsfrist”) will be extended due to Corona?

Asylum Dublin 6 month completion more than 20000+ suspended. More than 9500+ Appealed against the decision. Does anyone have saristics or results what was the out put from Lawsuit. Moreover I'd like to clarify previous suspension of deadline again extended for another 6 months or remaining days from 23rd of march 2019.

Asylum Dublin decision holders whoever completed 6 months while on pandemic receive letters from BAMF. It says 6 month completion not valid due to pandemic period and time limit still counting. But It doesn't say how long 3 or 6 months....etc. when I completed 6 months while on pandemic it was may 20. BAMF suspend Dublin in 23rd march and resumes 17th June. So I was affected 2 months while on pandemic. My question BAMF recalculating another 6 months or remaining 2 months?

I tried to make some research but I did not find it easy to get some reliable information on the current situation/regulation. Apparently a court in Berlin, for instance, decided recently that the so-called “Überstellungsfrist” (6-months waiting period) may not be interrupted during the Corona crisis. You will find more details here.

I will link two of our experts here. Maybe @mbe-on_Zsigó or @mbeon-Ruth can add some latest information on the application of the Dublin procedure.
