Permanent Residence permit for kids aged 8 & 10

Question

Myself, My wife and my two kids 10 (son) & 8 (daughter) years old and last month we all obtained residence permit under 25 abs. 1. My 8 years old daughter born in Germany and she is goes to school 2nd class. Im already eligible to apply for a Permanent residence and got an appointment to apply for permanent residence permit next month. My wife can’t apply because she have not yet finished the language course. Now question is can I apply for permanent residence permit for my kids same time with me next month or they are not eligible or what will be the procedure for them to get permanent residence and citizenship in Germany.  An expert opinion will be so nice and helpful for me. Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

We actually discussed a very similar question here before. A child is not able to obtain an independent permanent residence permit under the age of 16 years. As soon as they have reached the minimum age, they may apply under these conditions (exemplary for Berlin).
