After receiving Opportunity Resident Permit 104c do i need work permit from Ausländerbehöde to work or the work permit comes same time with the resident permit?

Dear @Mashoko

Thank you for your question. 

The so-called "Chancen-Aufenthalt" (residence permit according to section 104c of the German Residence Act) should come with a work permit. However, I recommend to double check your residence permit card or the "Zusatzblatt" (the usuall green supplementary sheet) that it actually includes the work permit. If you can not find the respective information, you should talk to the immigration office about it.
