French resident permit and Dublin convention

Question

I moved from Nigeria to France with Schengen visa , which I later moved to Germany where I had my initial asylum application which ended rejected due to Dublin convention ground, Bundemsat transferred me back to France where I lodged subsequent application. I really want to know ; if the application was rejected at CNDA and I am yet to hear anything regarding my request for residency on health ground , what will happen to me and will OQTF be issued and the outcome duration after the CNDA verdict is ? 2. what are the other means to get documents in France and what is the next thing to do after CNDA rejection.3. is it possible to go back to Germany ? And if yes , what is the month duration? And if finally gotten to Germany, will Dublin procedure still on and can he be send back to France second time.

We have knowledge on migration matters in Germany, our ability to advise on the situation in France is limited. From what I have read, if your asylum application is finally rejected you will be issued with an OQTF. Organisations working in this area in France will be better able to help you with questions about the duration it takes and other options in France.

If you come otherwise, you will be returned to France. France will continue to be the country responsible for you under the EU’s Dublin regulations.
