Asylum processding BAMF Duldung Residence permit

Eine Durchschrift des Bescheids nebst Anhörungsprotokoll (falls vorhanden) geht mit gleicher Post

der zuständigen Ausländerbehörde zu.

Eine Kopie der Akte liegt im Falle der offensichtlichen Unbegründetheit und in den Fällen der Unzulässigkeit gem. § 29 Abs. 1 Nummer 2, 4 und 5 als Anlage bel (§ 36 Abs. 2 Satz 1 AsylG / §

71 Abs. 4 i.V.m. § 36 Abs. 2 Satz 1 AsylG).

After waiting around one month since I withdraw my asylum to apply for a residence permit I got a post from bamf my question is what does it says

Hi @Hakeem

The letter you quote is a cover letter for documents BAMF are sending you.

It states that with this cover letter they are sending you the decision of BAMF from 16.06.2023 regarding your asylum case.

It goes on to inform you that a complete copy of the decision and record of asylum interview (if you had one) has been sent to your local Ausländerbehörde.
