Dear Ajawo96,
Welcome to the Wefugees Communtiy and thank you for reaching out to us.
A "Duldung" (Tolerated stay) is issued for a person who is obliged to leave the country, but his/her departure is (for various reasons) not possible at the moment. I recommend Handbook Germany's website which provides good information on this and other topics.
I am not a lawyer but from what I understand I don't see a reason why you should consider to withdraw your asylum application. Why you don't start with the Ausbildung (vocational training) already? You are probably allowed to work with your "Aufenthaltsgestattung", right? In case your asylum application gets rejected, you can still apply for a residence permit according to 16g of the German Residence Act (for it's requirements you may read i.e. my colleague's answer here and check Handbook Germany) or an Ausbildungsduldung.
Am I right, dear @mbeon-fardeen or @mbeon-Éanna?
All the best,
Meike
