My family were move to Germany since may 2022

But we have visa in France , court as us to deport to France but we appeal. Due I just deliver baby in feb 2023.

We apply asylum for baby but also reject, and we apeal already, my question is if reject again what organisations that can help us prevent deport, due our family have child age 9 and baby age 4 months.

Our Duldung is 6 months and now my husband join intergration course, but we still worry about deport to France. Any legal consultant or organisation support? Any chance apply work permit and they don’t deport ?

Hello  Jassica, congrations on the birth of your child. I feel your worries and concern. If i get your message very well. you said you have appealed the Dublin case right? if yes! then you don't have to be afraid of being sent back to France; BUT to your country of origin after the BAMF might have conclude with your case and it end with rejection. Depending on your country of origin though.

But since you just gave birth to a new born, Germany is not that cruel to deport you immediately. meanwhile let your man continue his integration course and enrol your 9year old child in school.

I wish you and your family best of luck in your asylum case.
