I bought a ticket to my Home country and it has on it return ticket a Transit through the Netherlands   Amsterdam Airport in precisely...
 Am worried because I don't know if I could Transit without a Visa. Because I have only my Germany Resident permit paragraph 19d.

Yes 100% , You can transit in any Schengen country .  No need for worries . You can travel through and return through any European airport

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for your question.

I agree with Xtension: With a German Residence Permit (and holding a travel document) you are allowed to travel within the EU without a visa for up to 90 days within 180. Therefore, the transit in the Netherlands should not be an issue.
