Ausbildung Visa und Bundesagentur Zustimmung

Question

I was to start Ausbildung Last week but i couldn't since my Aufenthaltserlaubnis is not out but i can't get a Fiktionsbescheinigung since my FSJ Visa is still active but the Ausländerbehörde said i can't start my Ausbildung with it. They said they can't give me anything since they haven't gotten approval from Bundesagentur.

I am worried since i don't know how Long the Bundesagentur can take to approve my Case.

Is there anything i can do to Speed Up the process or is there a possibility that i can loose my Ausbildungsplatz?

Hi @Shik,

The Bundesagentur für Arbeit must reply to the Asuländerbehörde within two weeks. If they do not, the Ausländerbehörde must consider the Ausbildung as approved.

If they don't, the Ausbildung must be deemed accepted by the Ausländerbehörde. geometry dash scratch
