Whether you still receive money from the Jobcenter (i.e. a contribution to your rent) depends on your individual circumstances and if you still need support to cover your (and possibly your family's) costs of living. This will be individually calculated by the Jobcenter.
Regarding your second question: In general, it is possible to work full time and have a part time job in the same time. However, you may need the consent of your employer before you accept a second job. And please be aware that according to German labour law, the average of 48 hours working hours per week is not to be exceeded on a regular basis.
