changing my aufenthaltszweck from ausbildung to full time work

Question

i'm currently doing an ausbildung as a software developer and i recently got offered by the same company that i work for, the opportunity to discontinue my ausbildung for a full time career in the same field. I have non EU bachelor degree in electrical engineering that is recognized by ZAB. salary should be in the range of 40-45000 a year gross.

i'm worried that my visa would get canceled if i to take that offer. can you advice ?

My colleague gave some information on a very similar question here - he also explained that it is generally possible if your qualification in recognised as comparable with a German qualification.

However, I would advise you to consult the immigration office (Ausländerbehörde) BEFORE you quit your "Ausbildung" or start the new job in order to avoid complications.
