My Ausbildung contract was terminated in my Probezeit but I already found a new Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann. So i contacted the Behörde Within 2 weeks that my Ausbildung contract was terminated but I have found a new Ausbildungsplatz. It took a while for them to answer but they gave me an appointment in February. The problem is that on my visa it has my previous company name and my new company gave ma Erklärung zum Beschäftigungsvertrag to submit it to Ausländer Behörde as they told me they can't give me a final contract until they get a Erlaubnis or Bescheinigung from Behörde and now Behörde has mailed me to provide the new Ausbildung contract but I can't get a final contract until my visa is modified according to the new Ausbildung. Iam now stuck in between and can't understand what to do.
