The only time that counts towards getting German citizenship is the time you hae with regular Aufenthalt, i.e. since June of this year. I presume for the time before that you were in possession of either the papers Aufenthaltsgestattung, Duldung and/or Ausbildungsduldung. The time spend with these papers does not count towards citizenship.
However, the current government has plans to shorten the time period necessary for citizenship to 5 years. In cases of persons showing 'exceptional integration' already after 3 years. A completed Ausbildung would be one way of showing exceptional integration. These are, however, still just plans and need to be put in to law.
