Dear @Malik09862,
Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.
The platform and our experts are based in Germany - therefore, we are more experienced with German rules and procedures. However, since the Dublin regulation is an EU regulation, information shared by my colleague Alla in this thread and also here should also be valid for France/Spain.
Summarising: The country which issued the visa is responsible for the asylum procedure in the first place. If, in your case, France does not deport you to Spain within 6 months, the responsibility for your asylum case may pass over to France.
In Germany, it happens quite often that the German authorites do not manage to deport within the mandatory period. Unfortunately, I can not share any experience or information about Dublin cases in France and how they are usually handled/how your chances are. Or do you have any family ties in France, for instance?
At infomigrants you can find contact details of refugee counselling organisations in France - I recommend you to get some individual consulting and support.
I hope this helps and please don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions either.
All the best,
Meike
