Dear @Baasiil,

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us again.

As Éanna explained here as well, the law is not finally drafted/implemented yet. Therefore, we can not know the details and the exact requirements. But as I understand from articles and explanations on the current draft of the respective law is, that it will require people to stay in Germany since minimum 5 years (on the 1/1/22) and currently hold a Duldung. Not holding the Duldung itself since 5 years. But again, unfortunately we have to be a few weeks more patient and wait for the final version of the law to give reliable information.

In any case, please don’t hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.

All the best,

Meike
