Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us. T
o have an "interview" (Anhörung) at the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) (it is not a court) is the normal procedure and it is the essential and indispensable part of every asylum process. You should not worry, but prepare very well for this appointment instead. I would highly recommend you to get support in a so-called "Asylverfahrensberatung" for the preparation, as they know exactly what you can expect in the interview and they also "practice" with you i.e. how to tell your personal story to make sure you will not miss or forget the most important aspects. This is what you need to focus on for now.
In the worst case, if your asylum application eventually gets rejected (this may also take time), there are other options to secure your stay in Germnay - it absolutely does not mean that you are automatically at risk to get deported. Especially since you are in your "Ausbildung" (vocational training), if I remember correctly. In case your and your family's asylum application will get rejected though, your mother will need to prove and record her health problems carefully (and submit these medical certificates to the immigration office). But this is still far away from today and I think you need to move forward step by step.
Do you have already a counselling office supporting you? I can, again, highly recommend to get individual help as you seem to be under very high pressure.
In any case, please also don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.
All the best and good luck for the interview,
