I am living in Germany since October 2015 as a refugee and my case was twice rejected by BAMF and I am working full time since October 2016 till now. I got (employment tolerance 60d) in February 2020. My questions are following.
1) Is it possible to apply for resident permit little earlier before 30th months passed ? As of now I am holding employment Duldung for almost 2 years and a friend of mine told me that I can apply earlier as well but I am little bit confused of deciding whether to apply or not .
2) if I get resident permit according to 25b as a well integrated person or 25 ,5 as a humanitarian . When it will be possible for me to get Permanent residency and passport ?
3) I am working full time for the last 6 years with unlimited work contract. Will these 6 years of holding residence permit and employment Duldung later will count for permanent residency and German citizenship keep in mind that I have B1 German language certificate and Leben in Deutschland certificate.
