I am afraid that we have to be a bit more patient in order to be able to give profound and reliable information on potential new laws. As the new government is just about to enter office and the legislation procedure will also take some time, we may only be able to discuss details once new asylum or residence laws are actually approved, formulated and implemented. Please see also this thread on a similar topic. Unfortunately, I am not able to add much more to your case than in my response to one of your earlier opened threads here.
