Härtefall Kommission Antrag

Hello everyone I'm asking a question on behalf of my friend . Who asylum have been rejected 2019. And he applied for Härtefall after some months reserved a letter from hardship commission.

die o. g. Eingabe wurde zur Beratung in der Härtefallkommission angenommen.

 Das bedeutet, dass die Kommission Sich nun noch genauer mit den von Ihnen Vorgetragenen besonderen humanitären oder persönlichen Grunden für ein weiteres Aufenthaltrecht des Betroffene befassen wird. Sie betrachtet hierbei die wirtschaftliche und soziale Integration in die Gesellschaft gemessen an den persönlichen Möglichkeiten der betroffenen Menschen. Hierzu bitten wir Sie uns regelmäßig über Veränderungen zu informieren (siehe Checkliste).
Das Härtefallverfahren wird Voraussichtlich mehrere Monate dauen. Während dieser Zeit Wird die Ausländerhöde Keine Abschiebung veranlassen..

 the question is he will get a resident permit /Aufenthalt or the process is still going on ? or he have to wait for more moths?  .. because i don't understand too how the Hardship process works..

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for sharing your questions with us. 

The hardship commission (Härtefallkommission) is informing your friend, that they will have a closer **** at his case and reasons he put forward. They are explaining how they will take into consideration the applicants' economical and social integration into the German society (in relation to his/her individual capacities on possibilities). They attached a checklist, including the requirement that your friend should always inform the hardship commission about any possible changes regarding his/her life circumstances during the procedure. The latter may take several months. 

One important explanation is, that the immigration office will not deport your friend as long as the application is pending.
