Emergency legal help/ Duldung

Question

For a period of three years,i have been in an Asylum proceed in Munich.
I worked for 8 monthes,i manage to rent my apartment and i was not depending to Government social support.I payed my rent for the all period of my work (8 monthes)
In recently days,three weeks ago,i got Düldung,and at a time i got an Ausbildung offer(3 years)
The Aüslanderbehorde refused to offer me permit for the Ausbildung.
They wanted me to go back to my country to apply for the Ausbildung visa in the Germany embassy.
Terrible the time is not friendly,all ausbildung began recently this September.What should i do?
They have stoped me from work and ordered me to leave from my rented apartment.
I need an immediatly legal help to cutter this,i am stranded and the time is no longer in my side.

Hi. I am so sorry this has happened to you. I just want to know if you have a lawyer? Because at this point, you need a lawyer to help you out.

Also...did the Ausländerbehörde really not provide you with a permit for your Ausbildung? I hope you could explain further what led to this.

Hello thank you for the reply,Yes i have a lawyer,but i think he failed to contact me with time,then i find my self fall into this situation,
Due to Duldung (manifestunfounded),they refused me Ausbildung visa as well as as work permitt.
I need an advice from another lawyer pleas.
