Hallo Mwiki02,
Meike is right, with a residence permit after §25b Aliens Law (Aufenthaltsgesetz) you can visit your country of origin for a short period of time without a problem. Your residence permit is not given to you because of danger of political prosecution in your country (in which case it would be logical that you mustn't go there) but because of your good integration in Germany. Therefore a visit to your country wouldn't bring a revocation of your new legal status.
Any residence permit is to be cancelled if a holder leaves Germany for more than 180 days without a permission from the Ausländerbehörde. It happens sometimes if people find jobs abroad, if old parents must be cared for, etc. It is important to know about this rule.
If you don't plan to leave Germany for such a long time but only for a couple of weeks during your vacation, it must be fully ok.
