Work in other EU Country

Question

Ladies and Gentelmen;

I have a question: Am i allowed to work in other EU countries as a refugee in germany? i have residence Permit and work permit and Blue Passport( for Refugees). finding job is easy for me bc of my educaion but my question is if its legal? if yes how could i beginn it?
