Dear @Hansaka,
Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us again.
I tried to make some research and if I understand correctly, only people who start their "Ausbildung" after the rejected asylum procedure are required to hold a "normal" Duldung for at least 3 months before they can get an "Ausbildungsduldung".
On the website Asyl.net, for instance, it says regarding people who started the "Ausbildung" already during the asylum procedure:
"Zum anderen ist nun gesetzlich geregelt, dass auch Personen, die während des Asylverfahrens eine Ausbildung aufgenommen haben und diese nach Ablehnung des Asylantrags weiterführen möchten, bei Erfüllung der Voraussetzungen, ohne Vorduldungserfordernis, Anspruch auf eine Ausbildungsduldung haben."
Translated it would mean that you (having started Ausbildung already) are entitled to get an "Ausbildungsduldung" in case you fulfull all the requirements even without a certain period holding the normal Duldung.
For more details on the general requirements and conditions please see this thread, for example.
I am not a lawyer, but maybe you can get in touch with your lawyer again and discuss this information with him/her. It would be a pity if you need to interrupt your Ausbildung.
I hope this helps and all the best,
Meike
