Am an asylum seeker from nigeria living in germany,Bayern. I work as an altenpfleger(care giver/Nurse)in an elderly home the manager request i do ausbildung but the ausländer behörde want to have my passport first before they would approve me to begin ausbildung...My question is would it be possible they deport me if i give them my passport and maybe get another rejection?

Dear @Ben7, thank you for sharing your situation with us. If you can proof in written way that you cannot get the passport they will accept it. You could ask the Embassy to write you something. Also it helps if the company you are working for can attend the meeting at the Ausländerbehörde with you and back you up, or write a letter to them. Thanks for your suggestion.Ive got a written letter from the embassy saying i cant get a passport due to lack of evidence to proof my nationality...i gave the ausländer behörde the letter they said its not enough i told them i cant do nothing else...i even went with the manager of my company and they told him thats not enough..so i dont know what else to do
