First of all, I am sorry to hear that you missed the deadline for the appeal - your situation is indeed not easy now. I recommend you to consult a lawyer as soon as possible. You might be lucky and the lawyer can detect some errors in the attached "information on legal remedies available", which would in fact extend the deadline for the appeal. Maybe you also have a very good explanation why you were not able to appeal on time and the lawyer can conivnce the the authorities/the court. If you discuss your personal situation with a lawyer, he or she might also be able to estimate your general chances in court and can give you advice regarding potential alternative options to legalise your future stay in Germany.
