Please can you advise me on this process.
Our family asylum was rejected in the administrative court and was giving 30 days to appeal at the high court.
We did apply in 2022 and got rejected in 2026 April my question now. What is our chances please note my wife is doing her Ausbildung, i lost my job and get Ausbildung offer, our children are going to school and one is undergoing a treatment. I am equally working with an NGO supporting the less privileged.
Do you the the high court will accept our appeal? Do we need to appeal? What is the process of deportation and does the government report without notification? In such case what should we expect from Bamf?
Please note the government equally have our passports.
