As an Asylum seeker, why my Sacharbeiterin is forcing me to send her a filled out Mietbescheinigung from my landlord.
She already has my Mietvertrag and my Anmeldung Beschreibung from the city where I live. But she is insisting that I must send her the Mietbescheinigung.
Is it compulsory under the law to submit this form?
What will happen if I don't send her the Mietbescheinigung?
I have been living in this Flat for almost 3 years, but why now she is asking for it?
I live in Niedersachsen and my landlord lives in different region.
