Can I replace affidavit with birth cert as refugee? [closed]

I am a recognized Italian refugee and I want to know if I can get birth certificates in Italy or is there a chance for me to get affidavit to replace birth certificate in Italy?

However, as I also had some difficulties to understand your situation and what exactly you are looking for, I would like to ask you to provide us some more details. For instance: Do you need a birth certificate for yourself (born in another country) or for a child born in Italy? What do you mean with "replacing" and what exactly the birth certificate is needed for?
